Barb is absolutely phenomenal. My wife and I were buying our first home and had little knowledge of the process or the local market. While looking at the first home of many with Barb, she was very honest with us. She would tell us when a house wasn’t for us, and was very flexible when trying to set up showings. When it was time to make an offer, she continued to fight for our best interest and used her experience to net is a fantastic deal. She continued to answer calls and assist us even after closing. She is truly wonderful and we would recommend her to anyone!

Barb was always very helpful in finding and selling our home! She was referred to us by a friend and we were so happy we chose her. She was very honest and always helpful. If she knew a house wasn’t worth looking at she would let us know so we didn’t waste any time (pictures can lie!). She was always available to contact and easy to talk to. I felt as though I was working with a friend rather than a realtor. I recommend her to everyone I know and I will use her in the future!

Barb was very easy to work with. She knows the market very well and gave me good advice. I was out of state, and she helped to make the necessary repairs by finding people to do the work and meeting them at my place when necessary. My property sold quickly for a reasonable price. Barb is a pleasant, straight forward, good communicator, and I highly recommend her as a seller’s agent.

Barb was my agent when I began my journey to become a first-time homeowner. From our first meeting I was impressed with Barb’s professionalism and knowledge. She guided this novice through this long and arduous, and often frustrating process of buying a house. Barb was incredibly patient with me as I tried to determine what I wanted and what I didn’t. She was understanding when I got cold feet on a property I came very close to buying. She was always prompt when responding to my requests and arranged showings that accommodated my schedule. When I finally found “the house” Barb was a savvy and persistent negotiator who I trusted implicitly to protect my best interests. She truly went above and beyond to make the purchase happen and I have been happily living in my new home for a little over a month now. Barb has continued to check-in to make sure things are going well. I would highly recommend Barb to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

If you need a realtor, look no further! Barb is the best of the best. She is concise, thorough, efficient, and truly takes an interest in helping you find your dream home. She makes her self readily available 24/7 and doesn’t take no for an answer. She makes sure you have everything you want and/or need and quickly! She is very knowledgeable about all kinds of houses, properties, locations, and contacts. If you have a question, she will get you an answer. She is very friendly, polite and personable. She loves to help and will go above and beyond anything you would ever expect. She makes you feel special and treats you like you are the only client she has even though she has many. She is very helpful with showings, and gives an honest opinion but not so as to sway your decision. She finds houses that are available that you have no idea about and has all of the latest information about what’s on the market. She is truly one of the nicest people we have ever met and would recommend her to ANYBODY. She is wonderful to work with, especially if you’re a first time home buyer. We had NO idea what we needed to do and she answered all of our questions and gave us information and advice we didn’t even know we needed. Even after we closed, she continued to help us with some questions we had. We are currently writing this review from the comfy couch of our new beautiful home and we couldn’t be happier. Our hearts will always be thankful for the time she took and the care she gave as we were making a house our home.
