Cliff Rupert, REALTOR® — State College native
Cliff graduated from State College Area High School and earned a B.S. in Recreation, Parks and Tourism Management from Penn State. After graduation he worked as an outdoor educator across the American Southwest, guiding groups through some genuinely demanding country — a job that rewards preparation, patience and reading people well.
Back home, he’s connected to the community through cycling and environmental protection. He holds several water and wastewater management licenses and helps protect a well-regarded local trout fishery. If you’re buying a property on a well and septic system, or one with a stream running through it, that background is more useful than it may first appear.
